The 2009 Import and Export Market for Iron or Steel Domestic Stoves, Grates, and Non-Electric Space Heaters Excluding Kitchen Appliances in the Middle East [Paperback] Review

Best Deals On the demand side, exporters and strategic planners approaching the market in the Middle East face a number of questions. Which countries are supplying iron or steel domestic stoves, grates, and non-electric space heaters excluding kitchen appliances to the Middle East? What is the dollar value of these imports? How much do the imports of iron or steel domestic stoves, grates, and non-electric space heaters excluding kitchen appliances vary from one country to another in the Middle East? Do exporters serving the market in the Middle East have similar market shares across the importing countries? On the supply side, the Middle East also sells to the international market of iron or steel domestic stoves, grates, and non-electric space heaters excluding kitchen appliances. Which countries in the Middle East supply the most exports of iron or steel domestic stoves, grates, and non-electric space heaters excluding kitchen appliances? Which countries are buying their exports? What is the value of these exports and which countries are the largest buyers?

This report was created for strategic planners, international marketing executives and import/export managers who are concerned with the market for iron or steel domestic stoves, grates, and non-electric space heaters excluding kitchen appliances in the Middle East. With the globalization of this market, managers can no longer be contented with a local view. Nor can managers be contented with out-of-date statistics that appear several years after the fact. I have developed a methodology, based on macroeconomic and trade models, to estimate the market for iron or steel domestic stoves, grates, and non-electric space heaters excluding kitchen appliances for those countries serving the Middle East via exports or supplying from the Middle East via imports. We do so for the current year based on a variety of key historical indicators and econometric models.

In what follows, Chapter 2 begins by summarizing where the Middle East fits into the world market for imported and exported iron or steel domestic stoves, grates, and non-electric space heaters excluding kitchen appliances. The total level of imports and exports on a worldwide basis, and those for the Middle East in particular, is based on a model which aggregates across over 150 key country markets and projects these to the current year. From there, each country represents a percent of the world market. This market is served from a number of competitive countries of origin. Based on both demand- and supply-side dynamics, market shares by country of origin are then calculated across each country market destination. These shares lead to a volume of import and export values for each country and are aggregated to regional and world totals. In doing so, we are able to obtain maximum likelihood estimates of both the value of each market and the shares that countries in the Middle East are likely to receive this year. From these figures, rankings are calculated to allow managers to prioritize markets within the Middle East. In this way, all the figures provided in this report are forecasts that can be combined with internal information for strategic planning purposes.

After the worldwide summary in Chapter 2 of both imports and exports for the Middle East, Chapter 3 details the exports of iron or steel domestic stoves, grates, and non-electric space heaters excluding kitchen appliances, but for each individual country in the Middle East. Chapter 4 does the same, but for imports of iron or steel domestic stoves, grates, and non-electric space heaters excluding kitchen appliances for all countries in the Middle East. In all cases, the total dollar volume and percentage share values by major trading partner are provided. Combined, Chapters 3 and 4 present the complete picture for imports and exports of iron or steel domestic stoves, grates, and non-electric space heaters excluding kitchen appliances to and from the Middle East to and from all other countries in the world. Of the 150 countries considered, if a country is not reported here it is therefore estimated to have only a negligible level of trade in iron or steel domestic stoves, grates, and non-electric space heaters excluding kitchen appliances (i.e. their market shares are close or equal to zero percent). "Iron or Steel Domestic Stoves, Grates, and Non-Electric Space Heaters Excluding Kitchen Appliances" as a category is defined in this report following the definition given by the United Nations Statistics Division Classification Registry using the Standard International Trade Classification, Revision 3 (SITC, Rev. 3). The SITC code that defined "iron or steel domestic stoves, grates, and non-electric space heaters excluding kitchen appliances" is 69732 .

Face it, sometimes the best thing about going out to a movie is the popcorn, those big plump kernels that always seem so much better than what you pop at home. But this simple stovetop popper changes all that. It really does make awesome, fresh-popped corn that might make you start renting videos instead. The sturdy aluminum pan has a clip-on lid with a stay-cool wooden handle. A turn crank on the handle spins the key element: the stainless steel stirring system that keeps the corn moving across the bottom of the pan, for even heat and oil distribution, ensuring the best popping results. The lid has steam vents, to help keep the popcorn dry and crisp. The enclosed booklet is a wonderful resource, with not only clear and detailed instructions, but also dozens of recipes and popcorn history and lore. These are folks who really do know their popcorn, and the results are outstanding. --Cynthia Nims

The Original Whirley-Pop stovetop hand-crank popcorn popper brings it all back with its one-of-a-kind design. You can enjoy light, flavorful popcorn (makes up to six quarts) that you prepare yourself right on the stovetop in just three minutes.

More technical details:
Long the authority on propane camping stoves, Coleman steps up to the plate again with its two-burner PerfectFlow stove. Coleman's PerfectFlow appliances regulate the pressure of the propane to provide a consistent cooking performance without flaring or flickering. This steady fuel stream holds true even in cold weather, high altitudes, or when the fuel is low.
This Coleman propane stove sports 2 independently adjustable 10,000 BTU burners.
The stove is equipped with two 10,000 BTU burners, with independently adjustable flames that let you boil water on high (in a mere 4-1/2 minutes) while you simmer chili on low. The fuel is long lasting as well: with just a single propane fuel cylinder (sold separately), you can use both burners on high for up to an hour--more than enough time to prepare a weekend's worth of meals. Plus, the stove includes Coleman's Windblock side panels, which not only shields the burners for maximum heat, but also adjusts outward to accommodate larger pot sizes. Propane stoves are perfect for almost any social outdoor activity, including camping, hunting, tailgating, and backyard cookouts. The PerfectFlow stove measures 23.25 by 5.5 by 14.75 inches (W x H x D) when closed and carries a three-year warranty.
About Coleman
More than 100 years ago, a young man with an entrepreneurial spirit and a better idea began manufacturing lanterns in Wichita, Kansas. His name was W.C. Coleman, and the company he founded would change life in America. A man plagued with such poor vision he sometimes had to ask classmates to read aloud to him, Coleman saw a brilliant light in 1900 in a drugstore window that stopped him in his tracks. He inquired about the light inside and discovered he was able to read even the small print on a medicine bottle by the illumination. The lamps had mantles, not wicks, and were fueled by gasoline under pressure instead of coal oil. Soon afterward, Coleman started a lighting service that offered a "no light, no pay" clause--a big step forward for merchants who were burned by inferior products that rarely worked--and drew substantial interest from businesses that wanted to keep their lights on after dark.

In the ensuing years, Coleman expanded its product line well beyond lanterns. The company's current catalog is thick with products that make spending time outdoors a pleasure. There are coolers that keep food and drinks cold for days on end, comfortable airbeds that won't deflate during the night, a complete line of LED lights that last for years, powerful portable grills that cook with an authentic open-grill flame, and much, much more. Coleman has truly fashioned much of our outdoor camping experience, and expects to do so for generations to come.
Convenient and reliable, the Coleman PerfectFlow 2-Burner Stove is a trustworthy choice for camping, backpacking, and other outdoor cooking opportunities. This stove offers 20,000 BTUs in two high-performance burners that adjust individually from simmer to full boil, for perfect outdoor cooking. The stove features an aluminum-steel cook top that's rust-resistant and easy to clean. The built-in WindBlock System shields the burners for maximum heat. Coleman's PerfectFlow pressure-control system ensures consistent cooking performance, even in cold weather, at high altitudes, and when fuel is low. The stove's convenient Dual Fuel design lets you operate it on either Coleman Liquid Fuel or unleaded gasoline.
